Yes - a site visit is required before providing a full quotation. This allows us to discuss the brief face-to-face and to review the site conditions and access. In turn this enables us to provide a more accurate quote for the work required.
Yes - many of our customers choose to remain in their property whilst the work is underway. Please be aware at times during the build, you may lose services such as electricity or water. We always try to limit any disruption caused and provide advance notice where possible.
We accept cheque payments or bank transfer. Payment for works can also be staged, to enable easier budgeting.
Yes we will always endeavour to clean and tidy the site at the end of each day before securing for the night. The level of site security will be discussed during the initial site visit as this varies by job.
Yes - this can be arranged.
Yes this can be arranged however it will be your responsibility, rather than M D Bryants, to vet any tradesmen you select to use. This can be discussed during the quote stage.
No, a deposit is not required to book your works with M D Bryant.
